Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Switch / Maestro UK and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
All prices shown include post and packing / shipping charges.
Unless stated otherwise in 'Shipping Instructions', DVDs sent to the United States, Canada, Japan, Trinidad, Tobago, Philippines, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Chile, Bermuda, Barbados and the Bahamas with be NTSC format. DVDs sent to the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Europe, etc will be PAL format. Interactive Solo Training, Mental Strength and X-Training 2 are only available in PAL. All DVDs are region free.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you within 24 to 48 hours. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns and Cancellations
If not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. However, we regret that we cannot give refunds for videos and DVDs where the package has been opened. In the unlikely event that any of our products are found to be defective, simply get in touch for a prompt replacement.
